These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the RDDHI Designs website and your purchase of products through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About RDDHI Designs

RDDHI Designs is a proprietorship fashion and boutique business based in Thrissur, Kerala, India.

RDDHI Designs offers products including, but not limited to:

Sarees
Fabrics
Kurtis
Frocks
Dresses
Blouses
Co-ordinated sets
Ready-to-wear garments
Custom-stitched garments
Bridal wear
Other fashion and clothing products

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are legally capable of entering into a transaction under applicable law.
You will use the website only for lawful purposes.
You will not misuse, interfere with or attempt to compromise the website or its systems.

3. Product Information

RDDHI Designs makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, measurements, colours and other product information.

However:

Actual colours may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, device screens and display settings.
Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs.
Handpicked or handcrafted products may have minor variations.
Availability may change without prior notice.
Measurements and product specifications should be checked before placing an order.

Such variations that do not constitute a material defect may not qualify as grounds for return.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

RDDHI Designs reserves the right to:

Limit quantities
Discontinue products
Modify product availability
Cancel an order where the ordered product is unavailable

If RDDHI Designs cancels an order because the product is unavailable, the applicable amount paid by the customer will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are stated in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of applicable taxes as represented on the website.

RDDHI Designs reserves the right to change product prices at any time.

Price changes will not affect an order that has already been successfully accepted and confirmed, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.

6. Payment

Online payments are processed through Razorpay and other applicable payment services made available through our ecommerce platform.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

RDDHI Designs may introduce COD or other payment methods in the future.

An order is considered successfully placed only after the payment and order confirmation process has been completed.

7. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided by you.

RDDHI Designs reserves the right to contact you for verification or clarification where necessary.

8. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that:

Processing has not started; and
Production or stitching has not started.

For customised, stitched or made-to-order products, cancellation will not be permitted once production or stitching has commenced.

9. Order Cancellation by RDDHI Designs

RDDHI Designs reserves the right to cancel an order where:

The product becomes unavailable
There is an obvious pricing or technical error
The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled
The transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorised
The customer provides incomplete or inaccurate information
Circumstances beyond RDDHI Designs' reasonable control prevent fulfilment

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with the refund process.

10. Pre-Order Products

Certain products may be offered as pre-order or made-to-order products.

Pre-order products may have an estimated dispatch time of 10–15 days.

The stated timeframe is an estimated dispatch period and may vary depending on production, availability, customisation, logistics or other circumstances.

Customers are encouraged to review the product information before placing a pre-order.

11. Customised and Bridal Orders

RDDHI Designs offers customised and bridal wear through its boutique and online channels.

Customised products may involve:

Customer-provided measurements
Design specifications
Fabric selection
Colour selection
Stitching requirements
Other personalised instructions

Once stitching or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Customised products are subject to the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy described separately on our website.

12. Customer Measurements

Where a customer provides measurements for a customised garment, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and complete.

RDDHI Designs will use the measurements and specifications provided by the customer for production.

Where a fitting issue results from inaccurate, incomplete or incorrectly provided customer measurements, such issue may not be considered an error attributable to RDDHI Designs.

13. Fabric Orders

RDDHI Designs also sells fabrics separately.

Customers should carefully review the product description, quantity and specifications before placing an order.

Fabric supplied as ordered will not be eligible for return merely because the customer changes their mind or no longer requires the fabric.

Any genuine issue attributable to RDDHI Designs, such as incorrect fabric, incorrect quantity or a material defect, will be handled in accordance with the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

14. Shipping

RDDHI Designs may use shipping partners including:

DTDC
India Post

Shipping timelines may vary based on destination, product availability, order type, production requirements and logistics conditions.

Pre-order products generally have an estimated dispatch period of 10–15 days.

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges where applicable.

15. Care Instructions

To preserve the quality, colour, and craftsmanship of your garment, we recommend dry cleaning. If hand washing is necessary, gently wash in cold water without soaking, wringing, or using bleach. Avoid harsh detergents and direct sunlight.

Lay the garment flat to dry in the shade. For ironing or steaming, use low heat and place a protective cloth between the garment and the iron.

As each piece is carefully handcrafted, gentle care will help maintain its beauty, finish, and longevity.

16. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by RDDHI Designs' Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

The key requirement is that any eligible issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, together with the required opening/unboxing video.

17. Intellectual Property

All content available on the RDDHI Designs website, including:

Logos
Brand names
Product photographs
Product descriptions
Graphics
Videos
Designs
Text
Website layout
Other original content

is owned by or licensed to RDDHI Designs unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit such content without prior written permission.

18. Website Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website
Introduce malicious code
Scrape or copy website content for commercial purposes
Interfere with website operations
Use the website for fraudulent purposes
Impersonate another person
Submit false or misleading information

19. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services including Shopify, Razorpay, logistics providers, analytics services and other technology providers.

Your use of these services may also be subject to the respective third party's terms and policies.

20. Limitation of Liability

RDDHI Designs will take reasonable steps to provide accurate product information and fulfil accepted orders.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, RDDHI Designs shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

Courier delays
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Technical failures
Internet disruptions
Unforeseen supply or production issues
Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or transactions with RDDHI Designs shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thrissur, Kerala, India.
